Limited Warranty for zVision Products

zVision warrants to the original purchaser of its products (the "Product") that the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, if the Product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, zVision will, at its option, repair or replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product, free of charge. This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, or any causes beyond zVision’s control. It also does not cover damage to any device connected to the Product.

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact info@zvision.shop within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase. zVision will provide instructions on how to return the Product for repair or replacement.

THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. ZVISION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS OR DATA ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
